happiness is a state of mind
today, i decided to be happy. and VOILA, i am.
actually, the decision occurred somewhere between my house and jesse's, around 5:45 pm. the beginning part of the day was spent in hypnotic boredom. i stared at the television in a trance for hours. i wasn't stressed or sad - i just was.
then, tonight, i decided, heck with it. why not be happy? and what's even better - the world decided to join in the fun. the sky turned a beautiful pink, jesse and i giggled our way through clearing the table, and now the two of us are going to spend a night doing - what? no work, no stress - maybe... talking!
it's nice to be happy. i think i'll try it again tomorrow.

.....it's easy to be happy when you have the day off work! Try being happy after sitting in traffic all day and night (took 2-1/2 hours to get from Lville to Frankfort), and not getting to your car at 8:00! What kind of state of mind would you be in then?!?!?!?! haha....
holy crap! you even used bold and italics!! the only thing that would've made that better was ALL CAPS! SEE I'M SCREAMING AT YOU AND YOUR TRAFFIC!
haha
i sat in traffic for 6 hours before. in the snow. does that count?
YEAH, I USED BOLD AND ITALICS TO GET MY POINT ACROSS... KIND OF LIKE I AM NOW... I HOPE YOUR EARS HURT NOW...
