animal crackers: a one man play

once upon a time, there was a young girl named coury. one of her favorite snacks was animal crackers. after all they are the perfect snack - not too sweet and somewhat lowfat. coury loved those crackers.


one day, coury went on vacation to clearwater, florida. she took her friendly animal friends with her. she'd hold up the crackers and let them walk on water and talk to each other. the crackers liked coury and coury liked the crackers.


during the middle of the one-cracker play, a seagull stopped to watch. ahh. all the world was in unison.


then, suddenly, the clouds darkened. something wasn't right. coury felt a strong wind coming from behind her. before she realized what was happening, a seagull swept from down from behind her, over her left shoulder and snatched up the poor, innocent animal!! and just as quick, he flew off a distance, landed in the sand, and snatched it into his pointy little beak. coury was not happy. coury put the rest of her animal friends away and went to the pool instead.
